  • I just acquired this keyboard as a single item - I am trying to pair it with any of my bluetooth devices. I have changed the batteries but don't know how to switch it on or discover a device. My Windows pcs don't see the keyboard.

    I apologize, I am not familiar with that keyboard, does it say Acer on it?

  • I would send a picture of the lables - but cannot see how to do that. But yes it does say Acer - some of the numbers:

    Excellent information provided, thanks! The part number of this keyboard is KB.RF403.179, it is an RF keyboard which means that it originally came with a wireless (RF) mouse that had a USB adapter that plugged in for pairing. If you do not have the mouse that comes with it and that adapter, it is not going to be able to be paired with your system.
