Internet Explorer Theme Manager (IETheme.exe) is an add-in extension for your Internet Explorer Web browser that allows you to choose different toolbar skins, throbbers, document skins, Internet sounds and search settings combinations. Included is a built-in option to remove all third-party skins and settings from your browser and return it to the default settings. There is even the option to turn the throbbers on or off.
